Heads of Departments/Units of Oforikrom Municipal Assembly as part of the Performance Management System, has been taken through a one-day workshop to evaluate the performance contract for 2021.

The workshop also afforded the HoDs an opportunity to refresh their minds on the setting of the key performance areas as well as indicators in fulfilment of the Annual Performance Appraisal Plan.
